Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering

Welcome to Martinis Lab, an online store selling handcrafted jewelry by Matteo Martinis (Tax Code / VAT Number: MRTMTT00D26G224L). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Availability

Stock shown on the website reflects actual availability at the time of order. If not indicated, the product can still be ordered. Production typically takes 7 to 10 business days, plus shipping (starting from 48 hours). If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Changing or Cancelling Orders

Contact us before your order is shipped to cancel or modify it. Once shipped, you can still return it according to your legal right of withdrawal.

4. Product Info

All product descriptions and images are indicative. Actual products may vary slightly.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are in Euros, include VAT, and shipping within Italy. Prices can change without notice. If an obvious error occurs, we will contact you to correct the payment or cancel the order.

6. Invoices

Invoices are issued only to companies with a VAT number. Private customers receive a simple receipt unless an invoice is requested with a tax code.

7. Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

You can return items according to your legal right of withdrawal. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
