Orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are handled by our trusted shipping partners, selected at our discretion, and are generally made via standard courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment and Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A tracking link will be provided as soon as it becomes available, allowing you to monitor the delivery of your package.
If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder and verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity and sealing of the package. If there is any visible damage or doubt regarding the condition of the parcel, it is essential to accept the delivery with reservation and promptly report the issue to our customer service.
Liability and Failed Deliveries
Matteo Martinis shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control.
In cases where a shipment is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, or refusal of the package, Matteo Martinis reserves the right to charge the customer any additional storage, return, or shipping costs incurred.
To avoid delivery issues, customers are strongly advised to provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package during normal delivery hours. Delivery by appointment is not available.
